100% of the total room charge including room tax is due at time of booking for less than 2-night's stay, discounted rooms, and gift certificates/or 2nd party purchases. 50% of the total room charge including room tax is due at time of booking for 2-nights or more, paid by credit card.

A final bill is presented and due upon check out that includes any room balances and any incidentals.

Cancellation policy: 10-days prior to check-in. If rooms are not cancelled in time, the full amount of the room + tax will be billed to your credit card. If cancelled in time (by fax, email, or certified mail), $25 administration fee and 3% credit card processing fee will be charged to your credit card.

Breakfast is served @ 9am. Check-in time between 3 & 7 pm Mon.-Sat; 3 & 5 pm Sunday; checkout time is 11am. Early check in or late check out is subject to a $20 per hour additional charge. Please note: We let ourselves in to your room for maid service and reserve the right to enter your room in case of an emergency.

Alcohol brought to The Manor is subject to the following corkage fees: Wine: $10 per bottle; Spirits: $10 per bottle; Beer: $2.00 per bottle.

Take out food and/or coolers are not allowed in the rooms. (Pests, ants, and fine linens to be concerned with.) Please no candles in rooms.

I authorize Oak Creek Manor to charge my credit card for damaged and/or broken articles at replacement cost.

All guests are provided with a guest room key and remote control for the gate. Both items must be returned when checking out. Missing remotes will be billed to your credit card for $65. Missing keys will be billed to your credit card for $25.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, however is permitted on your patios. (Please shut your doors and windows so that the room does not smell like smoke.) If evidence of smoking is found in the room, a minimum $95 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.

Guests will be responsible for missing bathrobes ($80) and/or missing hairdryers ($25). No pets, please.

Two night minimum stay on weekends for the Rose Room and Blue Room.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen articles.
